INSTRUCTIONS ON REGISTERING FOR THE SUPERHERO HEART RUN!
Heart Heroes has a new platform this year. Please use the instructions below to register you and your children (that do not have their own email addresses.)
1. Click “Register” from the top menu
2. Click “Adult”
3. Click “Join or Start a Team”
4. Click “Start a New Team”
5. Save team and fill out your registration
6. DO NOT click “Next”, CHOOSE “Add Another Participant”
7. Click “Children (2-12)”
8. Under “Fundraising Goal”, please click the box “I’ll manage their fundraising”
(They will not need their own registration email if you do this!)
9. Complete the final registration questions, including t-shirt size and you’re
finished!

Registration Information
All attendees need to register for the event & sign a waiver. This includes all adults, children & infants/toddlers. We do not offer free attendance for spectators. Due to liability & venue policies, we are not able to offer free attendance to our events- even for those who are just watching. In addition, any/all free activities, goodies, swag and entertainment are only for event registrants. You must contact us at info@heartheroes.org prior to the event for any registration transfers.
Adults (13 & up): Adult registrations receive a commemorative run cape, exclusive finisher’s medal, run bag, sponsor swag and more! Items will be provided to walk-up registrants as available. If you have a free registration with your business sponsorship, use your free registration code to register online and start your team (please do not wait to register day-of).
Children (2-12): Child registrations receive a commemorative run cape, exclusive finisher’s medal, sponsor swag and more! Items will be provided to walk-up registrants as available. If you have a free registration with your business sponsorship, use your free registration code to register online and start your team (please do not wait to register day-of).
Infants/Toddlers (under 2): There is no charge for infants/toddlers under 2. Free infant/toddler registrations do not receive cape, medal or bag.
Heart Heroes: Heart Heroes (those with CHD) are always free; however they do need to register. Minor Heart Heroes must be accompanied by an adult registration.
– Heart Heroes are encouraged to wear their custom Heart Hero Cape to the run so we can distinguish our honored guests!
– Heart Hero Capes are provided by Heart Heroes, Inc. to those with CHD (these are different capes from the commemorative run capes). If your Heart Hero doesn’t already have a Heart Hero Cape, click here to request one – please enter the code “SHR” into the Organization Code field so we can get your cape ordered and shipped in time for the run!
