TESTIMONIALS FROM CAMPERS
-
- “My favorite part was the zip line, because it took a lot of encouragement from others to get me to do it and confidence in myself. The view and thrill was worth it!”
-
- “I liked meeting a new friend who had the same heart condition as me. We had a lot in common and it was fun going to the pool and doing jam band together. I also loved creating in maker’s space and doing archery. I like going away to camp for a week because I get to do all the activities and the food is good.”
-
- A camper was asked about their favorite part of camp, the camper replied, “coming to camp in the first place.” Their leader replied, “so just being able to be a normal kid going to camp like other kids?” The camper said, “No, because there is no such thing as normal. I’m just glad I got the opportunity to do this. God made me unique, and he is showing me that there are other kids that are unique like me. We get to come to camp one week a year and enjoy life together.”
