- The Remembrance Support Group is a monthly virtual support group hosted by Heart Heroes for families who have lost a child to heart complications
- All meals and support group sessions are provided to families at no charge

- Children’s Nebraska schedules approximately 400+ heart surgeries a year – families being seen during our Healing Hearts support groups are offered a meal or gift card

- Each support group offers a heartfelt discussion for caregivers, providing comfort and support

- Our support groups go beyond our in-person or virtual meetings – each family receiving care at Children’s Nebraska is invited to join our CHD Nebraska Facebook Group for continued support and connections
